Learning and Organisational Development Officer

You will contribute to the delivery of a range of learning and development activities to meet the needs of local authorities and other public sector organisations.
You should have a working knowledge of evaluation methods, assessment practices and legislation. You will possess a wide range of skills particularly with regards to communication, networking with senior managers, spotting opportunities and promoting services, training, facilitation and Apprenticeship End-Point Assessment. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a small team so a flexible approach, and the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends is also required.
