Join Pilates Instructor Claire Myers for a 15 minute Pilates warm up and work out session either Live between 1.30-1.45pm every Wednesday in February and March or catch up with the recorded session available for the following 7 days.
These sessions have been put together to support you keeping supple and relaxed whilst spending long hours in front of a computer.
The full programme of 8 sessions either live or on catch up are only £25+ VAT for all 8 sessions.
