This practical qualification is suitable for new trainers wishing to improve their skills or learners who would like to progress into delivering training in the future. It is ideal for those wanting to deliver training in the workplace and covers the planning, preparation and delivery skills required to deliver effective training events.

Session 4 Microteach assessment
How is it assessed?
There are 3 assessment activities:
- timed delivery plan (written activity)
- observed 20min microteach
- self-evaluation report (written activity)
To achieve this qualification, learners must
- complete an induction tutorial
- attend 3 x 3hr remotely delivered sessions
- undertake own research through guided self-study
- successfully complete 3 assessment activities, including a 20minute remotely observed microteach
