This 2hr webinar event is an ideal introduction in having conversations about race and racism in the workplace whilst also providing an opportunity to reflect on personal anti-racist practice

Content:

This course is delivered by an experienced facilitator, providing a safe and welcoming setting to discuss racism and anti-racist practice. Content includes:

• Exploring literacy around language
• Understanding common terms relating to racism
• Exploring different types of racism
• Understanding how racism appears in the workplace and other settings
• Increasing confidence in addressing microaggressions
• Areas of focus for an anti-racist ally
