Description:

This one day event is for HR professionals, managers and anyone involved in undertaking job evaluation. It provides a theoretical and practical understanding of the Greater London Provincial Council (GLPC) job evaluation schemes.

This course will be delivered remotely.

• Basic understanding of Equal Pay legislation
• Basic principles of job evaluation
• Comprehensive understanding of the job evaluation scheme
• Practical experience through mock evaluation panel
• Practical considerations for job evaluation processes
