Managing Multigenerational Teams

Date:  10 July 2024
Time:  10:00-12:00

This course is also available for delivery to groups on an in-house basis.  Please contact us for further information.

There are now five generations in the workforce simultaneously: Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, Baby boomers and some members of the Silent generation still working in their late 70s and early 80s – a first in modern history. This means an employer today could easily have young apprentices working side-by-side with great-grandparents.

This session explores the benefits, opportunities and challenges of multigenerational working whilst also considering some of the stereotypes and attitudes that prevail.  We will also consider the value and importance of mentoring relationships in effective multigenerational working.

This event is delivered remotely.
