Navigating work and career challenges during the menopause transition

Description:

This 2hr webinar is ideal for anyone who wants to look at how perimenopause/menopause may impact their experience in the workplace and career and consider what steps they might take to increase support during this time.

Venue:

This course will be delivered remotely.

Content:

This course is delivered by an experienced career coach and facilitator who will explore menopause challenges related to work and career, providing a safe and supportive space for you to reflect on your experiences with other participants. Content includes

  • Exploring the current context around menopause at work and how symptoms might impact in the workplace and on your career
  • What support might be put into place to support menopause transition at work
  • How to discuss symptoms at work and how to ask for support
  • Signposting to a range of resources and websites which provide further information and education

NB:  This session will not discuss medical or non-medical treatment of menopause eg. HRT

Price:

£66 plus VAT for member organisations
£92 plus VAT for non-member organisations
