Supporting Neurodiversity

Awareness of neurodiversity is increasing as people recognise the benefits of equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, but this requires an understanding of neurodiversity and how to effectively support those with a neurodiverse condition in both learning and workplace situations.

We have designed this comprehensive 6-hour programme as a follow-on from the 1-hour Introduction to Neurodiversity for those who wish to take a more detailed exploration into neurodiversity in the workplace.  The 6-hours are delivered across three 2-hour webinars, and are delivered remotely (although in-person delivery can be considered for in-house courses).

A one-day webinar (delivered over three 2-hour webinars), suitable for trainers, assessors, managers and peers to explore neurodiversity in the workplace, learning differences, establishing an inclusive workforce with positive attitudes, practical strategies and reasonable adjustments, disclosure and creating a supportive environment.
