The role of a Chair is essential for ensuring that meetings are run effectively.  This session focuses on chairing skills that ensure meetings are managed appropriately and decisions are reached.

Venue:
Delivered remotely using Zoom
Also available on an in-house basis for groups of between 6 and 12 participants

Content:

    • Chairing the meeting, responsibilities of the chairperson
    • Questioning and listening skills
    • Managing difficult situations, personalities and challenge
    • Time management and keeping on track
