Description:

This two half-day event is for any apprentice who is preparing to apply for roles, as they begin to think about their next step. This event provides the skills and confidence to navigate the recruitment process effectively—from understanding job requirements to presenting themselves successfully at interview.

Venue:

Delivered remotely using Zoom
Also available on an in-house basis for groups of between 4 and 12

Content:

Session 1 – Applications and Supporting Statements
• To build an understanding of competencies and transferrable skills
• To gain a better understanding of what a job description and person specification is and how it is used within the selection process
• To explore the different tools needed to write a supporting statement/application form

Session 2 – Interview Skills
• To build an understanding of different interview styles and methods
• To consider how to prepare for an interview
• To improve the skills needed for successful interviews

Price:

£264 plus VAT per person for member organisations
£304 plus VAT per person for non-member organisations
