Melanie also runs the Compass Project pre-sessional programme at Birkbeck, University of London, as well as teaching on the RefugEAP programme co-ordinated by the University of Leeds and University of Leicester. In addition, she supports displaced communities through developing trauma-informed communication skills that enhance employability, as well as feeling more confident about speaking English in everyday settings.
