Description

The Learning & Development Practitioner apprenticeship is a minimum of 12 months and should typically be completed within 12-18 months.   L&D Practitioners are typically involved with working with stakeholders to identify development needs, design and source training solutions, deliver and evaluate training.  The L&D Practitioner understands the learning cycle and can be found in a range of organisations The L&D Practitioner role supports the learning and development (L&D) function to contribute to, and influence, improved performance in the workplace at an individual, team and organisation level.  Typically, the role works alongside colleagues in HR, L&D administration, L&D Business Partners and subject matter experts.

Assessment

Assessment is conducted using our EPA portal to upload documentary evidence such as the learning journal and project.   The presentation and professional discussion are carried out via recorded video call.
