Team Leader/Supervisor

Description
The Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship is a minimum of 12 months and should typically be completed within 12-18 months. The apprenticeship is for those in a first line management role, with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals. Working in the private, public or third sector and in all sizes of organisation, specific responsibilites will vary, but thye knowledge, skills and behaviours needed will be the same whatever the role.
Assessment
Assessment is conducted using our EPA portal to upload documentary evidence such as the presentation and the portfolio. The presentation and professional discussion are carried out via recorded video call.
