Description

The programme is designed for individuals and small groups with an emphasis on one-to-one support.  You are assigned an experienced facilitator/coach who guides you through the independent learning activities, supporting you as you build your knowledge and understanding.  The workshop sessions provide the opportunity for open discussion and for your facilitator/coach to introduce you to coaching tools and techniques.  Supervision supports you as you apply your coaching skills, providing a safe space for reflection and the assignment tutorials prepare you for assessment.

The benefits:

  • Increased flexibility: This approach allows you to study most of the programme at your own pace, wherever and whenever suits you
  • Efficient learning: Independent learning activities free up more time for you to focus on hands-on application of skills
  • Directed learning: We provide access to a range of resources, including readings, case studies, and practical exercises designed to guide independent study. You are directed by your assigned trainer so that you know which activities to complete and when
  • Personalised support: You have access to tailored one-on-one sessions with our expert trainers/coaches
  • Work-life balance: This approach helps to fit studies around existing commitments, giving you more control over the learning schedule
  • Empowerment: The programme develops critical coaching skills through self-directed tasks that mirror real scenarios and research activities
  • Support: You will enjoy focused, meaningful interactions with the tutor (and peers) in a more efficient and flexible format

The programme is expected to take around 12 months to complete.
