The South West are looking for people to become Care and Support Workers. If you have the right values and are keen to learn, there are so many opportunities for you in care and health.  It’s not just about assisting people with their daily routines. It’s about supporting others to live the best lives they can and be as independent as possible.

There are a wide variety of roles from cooks to personal care workers, activity co-ordinators to maintenance staff and housekeepers. You could be working in a care home, in the local community or from someone’s home – but there are lots of different careers in social care depending on what you want to do, who you want to work with and where you’d like to work.

If you don’t think you are cut out for care work, think again. There are a wide range of jobs roles available and you are sure to find a career path that fits the skills you can offer. Somewhere in your community there’s a job that you can do to help others.

Visit the Proud to Care SW Website to see the range of jobs available in the South West.
