About the South West and South West Councils SMP

The South West is one of the nine regions of England, along with the South East, Greater London, the East of England, the East Midlands, the West Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber, the North West and the North East. The South West is made up of 29 county, unitary and district authorities who will make decisions in the area you live in – use our map to find out more.

Here at the South West Councils Strategic Migration Partnership (SMP) we are able to offer a point of contact for questions in order to direct you to the best organisation or local authority to meet your needs.
